Chest Binder Returns & Exchanges Policy Last updated: 14 July 2026 At Anonymously Yours, we understand that finding the right binder size and fit can be difficult. Because our binders are intimate, close-fitting garments, we have specific return and exchange requirements to protect the health, safety and privacy of our customers. Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about your size, we encourage you to contact us before ordering so that we can assist you with your measurements. 1. Size Exchanges If your binder does not fit correctly, you may request an exchange for another available size. To qualify for an exchange, the binder must: * Be unworn or only briefly tried on for fit. * Be unwashed. * Be clean and free from body odour, stains, makeup, deodorant or other marks. * Be free from damage, alterations or excessive wear. * Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible. * Be accompanied by your order details or proof of purchase. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the binder to Anonymously Yours. Anonymously Yours will cover the cost of sending the replacement binder where the exchange is approved, unless otherwise agreed. 2. Wrong Size Ordered by the Customer We understand that sizing can be difficult. If you selected the wrong size when placing your order, we will do our best to assist with an exchange, subject to the requirements above and stock availability. An exchange is not guaranteed if the requested replacement size is unavailable. Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return an item without first receiving instructions from Anonymously Yours. 3. Incorrect Size Sent by Anonymously Yours If we sent you a different size from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the error has been confirmed, Anonymously Yours will arrange the appropriate exchange at no additional cost to the customer. 4. Manufacturing Defects If you believe your binder has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs and a description of the issue. Examples of potential manufacturing defects may include: * Damaged or incorrectly attached straps. * Open or significantly defective seams. * Significant fabric damage present upon arrival. * Other defects that affect the intended construction or use of the binder. Each case will be assessed individually. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Anonymously Yours may offer a repair, replacement or other appropriate resolution. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect washing or care, alterations made by the customer, and damage caused by improper use are not considered manufacturing defects. 5. Hygiene & Returned Binders For hygiene and health reasons, binders that have been worn, washed, soiled or returned with noticeable body odour cannot be accepted for resale or exchange. Please try your binder on over a clean, thin layer of clothing when checking the fit. If you experience pain, difficulty breathing, numbness, dizziness or significant discomfort while trying or wearing your binder, remove it immediately. 6. Refunds Because binders are intimate garments, our preferred resolution for an incorrect fit is an exchange for another size, rather than a refund. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable consumer-protection law or where Anonymously Yours determines that a refund is appropriate. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. 7. Sale & Promotional Items Binders purchased during a sale or promotional period remain subject to this Returns & Exchanges Policy unless the specific promotion states otherwise. A discounted price does not automatically remove your statutory consumer rights. 8. How to Request an Exchange Please contact Anonymously Yours before returning your binder and provide: 1. Your order number. 2. The size you received. 3. The size you believe you need. 4. A brief description of the fit issue. 5. Photographs where requested. We may ask for additional measurements to help determine the most appropriate replacement size. Please do not send a binder back without receiving return instructions first. 9. Fit Assistance If you are unsure whether your binder is the correct size, please contact us before returning it. Our team can review your measurements and help determine whether the issue is related to the chest, shoulder, torso or overall fit. Please note that our sizing recommendations are based on the measurements and information provided to us. Customers should always follow the sizing and safety guidance provided with their binder. 10. Our Commitment We want every customer to receive a binder that fits as comfortably and safely as possible. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out to us rather than continuing to wear an uncomfortable binder. We will do our best to help you find an appropriate solution. How long is delivery?
For Cape Town orders delivery takes 2-3 business days. Outside of Cape Town 3-5 business days. You will be given a tracking number as well as receive a pin from our courier in the day of delivery to give the driver. Please note, when in the pre-order dates, allow 14days max for production excluding the number of delivery days mentioned above.
